Ministry of Scent has more than ten years of experience curating fragrance events for corporate and private clients spanning design, tech, media, entertainment, weddings and more. Our team specializes in creating immersive olfactive experiences, inspiring connection and providing your guests with the gift of memories and a personalized scent. We supply staff and perfumery materials for all of our perfumery activations, and can manage beverages, catering and flowers for in-store events.
As a team of fragrance experts, perfumers, party planners and party-goers, we love bringing perfume to the people. We’ve built an offering of memorable events, introducing perfumery concepts, ingredients and design through fun, accessible experiences.
From themed parties and bridal showers to upscale corporate events, our expert team takes pride in our creativity, organization and passion for perfume, and can customize activations and design olfactive experiences in alignment with your needs and vision.

SIGNATURE EVENTS
Blending Bar
Group size: 10-200 GUESTS
AVAILABLE ONSITE & OFFSITE
We host a custom Blending Bar onsite at your facility where our perfumers create a personalized perfume for each guest, based on their preferences and taste. While their scents are being bottled, guests can socialize, share a meal or join other activations. Perfect for celebrations, parties and group events.
Blending Social
Group size: 10-200 GUESTS
AVAILABLE ONSITE & OFFSITE
Perfect for team-building, conferences and parties. Our trained perfumers will host self-guided perfume creation as an active experience where guests make their own unique perfume to take home. The Blending Social can be the highlight of your event or pairs well with other activations.
Perfumery Workshop
Group size: 10-25 GUESTS
AVAILABLE ONSITE & OFFSITE
For smaller groups interested in a more educational experience, our professional perfumery team can teach in-depth classes on fragrance creation. Guests will learn about perfumery history, ingredients, structure and techniques, and blend their own perfume to take home.

NICHE FRAGRANCE EXPLORATION
For 10 - 100 guests
90 Minute Session
For those interested in learning about the exciting world of niche and artistic perfumery. After a brief presentation on the history of niche perfume, smell key ingredients and iconic niche perfumes with the guidance of a senior Fragrance Specialist. Past activations have been held for corporate team building, perfume clubs, and research and product teams. Private shopping consultation can be added.
This activation can be held remotely, onsite at your location or in our retail stores.
PERFUME PAIRINGS
For 10 - 200 guests
90 Minute Session
This interactive event invites guests to experience scent in new and imaginative ways. Explore the powerful connection between the senses through curated pairings of fragrance with food, beverages and more. Perfect for clients working in fields such as spirits, mixology, culinary arts, fine arts and other creative fields. A memorable way to engage the senses and spark conversation.
This activation can be held onsite at your location or in our retail stores.
PRIVATE CONSULTATION
For individuals & couples
90 minute session
For individuals, couples and small groups who want an exclusive shopping experience at one of our boutiques. Whether you’re a fragrance aficionado or want a lifeguard for your first deep dive, our team will take you on a journey to find fragrances that perfectly align with your preferences and personal style. We consider seasons, occasions, lifestyle and more. Past clients include wedding parties, executive groups, fragrance lovers and those new to perfume.
Available after shopping hours.
