Inspired by the Versailles masquerades and balls once held by Louis XV at the Château, the Arosa candle is presented in a gold-leaf-infused glass vessel in the shape of a champagne bucket. The decor suggests the chandeliers and plush velvet curtains of royal surroundings, matched by the richness of the dark rose fragrance. Not your typical garden bloom, this rose is enriched with amber and reveals its woody character with sandalwood, cashmere wood and cedar. All softened with a hint of vanilla.

For Christmas, Trudon builds on the opulence of Versailles: more, it revives the balls and masquerades once held by Louis XV at the Château. At the heart of the festivities, anything becomes possible. The four scented candles convey a royal art de vivre. On the inside, they are covered in 24-carat gold leaf, while on the outside, a royal décor comes to life with stylized chandeliers, pendants and curtains. Marked in hot gold, the decorations frame the gold coat of arms of the Royal Manufactory. On the back of the candle, a decorative chandelier hangs over Serdar Gülgün's signature. Arosa invites the femininity of rose and the hushed character of amber to the festivities. A true woody bouquet, its rose fragrance welcomes a rich mix of amber, sandalwood, cashmere wood and cedar notes, softened by a light vanilla base note.

About Trudon Candles
The wax formulas of the Trudon candles are the fruit of specific developments which are the source of its exceptional olfactory and burning qualities. When correctly taken care of, no smoke leaves a Trudon candle and no wax is left on the sides of the glass.

The wicks are made of cotton. One can find many types of wicks, characterized by their weaving and their diameter. The wicks are chosen depending on the shape and size of the glasses, as well as the burning characteristics of each candle.

Each glass is unique and hand-crafted in Tuscany. Their shape is inspired by champagne buckets. The Trudon emblem is inspired by a bas-relief found at the old Royal Wax Manufacture which used to belong to the Trudon family. Situated in Antony, near Paris, it now belongs to the Church. Nowadays the domain hosts the nuns of the Saint-Joseph de Cluny congregation.
