1# Nota di Viaggio (Rites de passage) is a fragrance with an emblematic personality — aromatic, spicy and mysterious. This perfume evokes a fanciful, dreamlike personality, someone who sets no limits and no boundaries. It narrates the dialogue between man and his nomadic origins, as an explorer of life. In this perfume, man is his own destiny; the perfume becomes his means to travel through time. It was conceived, created and arranged while listening, during each phase, to the albums Canti e Musica Sufi.

Everything was born in Istanbul. Each of us has lived a rite of passage in our own life, and for me it was that journey—among the chaotic voices of the Grand Bazaar and the swirling scent of spices in the ancient market.

1# Nota di Viaggio (Rites de Passage) is my tribute to nomads, to souls always on the move, to elusive spirits.

A warm and spicy fragrance that, from its opening notes of Pepper, Cinnamon, and Saffron, celebrates Constantinople, the gateway to the East.
A perfume in constant evolution, an olfactory metamorphosis running from the spices of the Grand Bazaar to the scent of ancient and precious fabrics of the market.

The fragrance reaches its beating heart: a warm bouquet of Rose and Jasmine, the comforting notes of Elemi, and the dusty nuance of Sichuan Pepper. A dusty echo of nostalgia.

Finally, I wove spiritual notes to create a woody, resinous, and profound base—Benzoin, Vetiver, Patchouli, Sandalwood and Incense, Tobacco, Oud, and Cedar.
Like finding yourself at the end of a journey, alone within your own being, in a mystical and spiritual place of this magical city, this evocative gateway looking toward the East.

Here, memory refuses to fade, turning toward the distant East that we will one day reach; here, memory moves toward a doorway where the earthly and spiritual worlds have decided they must pass; here, memory observes the bitter, smoky gaze of time.
