House of Creed was founded by Olivier Creed, descendent of a lineage of tailors and couturiers whose history includes a founding member of the British Fashion Institute and the maker of riding habits for Queen Victoria in the 1800s. Perfume being his passion, Olivier took the family name in a new direction, resulting in one of the world's most recognized luxury niche fragrance brands, now run in collaboration with his son, Erwin, from a proprietary factory in Fontainebleu, France.
