Mizensir

Self-taught from the start, Alberto Morillas of Mizensir is the perfumer behind some of modern perfumery's greatest hits — Acqua di Giò, CK One and Marc Jacobs Daisy to name just a few. Relocating from his home country of Spain in the 1970s to work at the Swiss fragrance house Firminich, it was in the 90s that the perfumer and his wife, Claudine, set out to create their own candles in the family kitchen of their Geneva countryside home. Inspired by nature and the fragrant bounty of their own blooming garden, the Morillas went on to found this exceptional fragrance house, a family-owned brand complete with a logo depicting their two beloved Jack Russel terriers, and now run by Alberto and his daughter, Véronique.
