Profumum Roma is a collector-favorite niche fragrance collection made up of refined, irresistible scents that last for days on skin. The brand was launched in 1996 by the grandchildren of Celestino and Lucia Durante, descendants of knife grinders from the Italian village of Sant’Elena who had gone on to found apothecary shops in Rome, where they sold their own handmade soaps and colognes. Profumum Roma is a continuation of the Durante family's progression from the metal trades to apothecary and ultimately the creation of this important perfume house.
